P.V. Ramesh

P.V. Ramesh is a physician, and a former national and international civil servant. As a member of the IAS, he was the principal health secretary of the Govt of Andhra Pradesh and vice-chancellor of AP Health University. He had been UNFPA country representative to Afghanistan and head of UNFPA global programming for security imperilled regions.
